Lee Teng Hau

Teng Hau is the Investment Director of Kairous Capital. He leads the firm's venture capital investments across Southeast Asia and China, focusing on early-stage tech and digitally enabled companies. His notable investments include Coolmate, ORA, PangoCDP, and FastCo.

Beyond deal execution, Teng Hau has been instrumental in establishing Kairous' investment infrastructure in Southeast Asia. He also plays a key role in post-investment management—overseeing financial and operational performance, supporting portfolio fundraising, and enabling regional expansion initiatives.

Academically, Teng Hau holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Nottingham.
