Gan Jia Chin

JC Gan started his career at the Securities Commission Malaysia, where he was part of the Equities team reviewing IPO proposals and evaluating corporate submissions for capital market listings. Wanting to challenge himself while he was still young (and had the most energy), he made the jump into the startup world, choosing to work on something more grassroots and people-focused. He’s now working on Growth & Partnerships at MalaysianPAYGAP, where he helps build collaborations, run outreach efforts, and grow the community behind one of Malaysia’s largest salary transparency platforms.
